September 17 Regional Day of Mindfulness
There will be a regional Day of Mindfulness on Sunday, September 17th, organized by several Dharma teachers and sanghas of PA/NJ. The DoM will take place at the 'Old' Mill in Rose Valley, PA from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
The venue is about 20 minutes west of Philadelphia by car.
SEPTA regional rail (the R3) serves a station close to the venue called Moylan/Rose Valley. The R3 departs from 30th Station, Philadelphia and from Elwyn, PA (reverse direction)
A 1-mile shuttle to the venue is available.

A regional DoM is rare. Thay always emphasized the importance of gathering together with the wider sangha body for days of mindfulness in order to nourish our togetherness and deepen our practice. The day will consist of sitting, walking on beautiful nature trails along Ridley Creek, resting and dharma sharing.

Suggested dana (donation) is $20-40. All proceeds benefit the new sister’s residence at Blue Cliff Monastery
