Willow Branch Sangha (WBS) is a group of friends with the common interest in the practice of mindfulness in daily living. We come from diverse spiritual backgrounds. Our practice is inspired by the teachings on engaged Buddhism by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and other teachers.

sangha is a community of practitioners. Mindfulness is the capacity of being deeply aware of what is going on at the present moment.
